Opis

Początek Dianthusa przypada na kwiecień 2007, kiedy to Krzysztof „Mumin”- gitara (ex. Tears Of The Dusk), Darek „Daras”- perkusja (ex. Tears Of The Dusk) i Piotr „Czarny” -gitara (ex. Prison Property) postanawiają zakończyć działalność Dying Mind i powołać do życia nowy metalowy projekt. Od tego momentu w garażu w Mysłowicach-Wesoła powstają schematy dwóch pierwszych utworów. W międzyczasie „Mumin” umieszcza w sieci ogłoszenie, w którym pisze, że zespół poszukuje wokalisty i basisty. Ogłoszenie to znajduje, Michał „Soulbleed” – jeszcze wtedy obecny, wokalista Dysphorii (ex. Seeds Of Hate), który postanawia spróbować swoich sił za mikrofonem w nowo powstałym zespole. Atmosfera panująca na przesłuchaniu, oraz podobieństwo gustów muzycznych i planowany kierunek rozwoju kapeli, decyduje o tym ze skład Dianthusa powiększa się o nowego członka. Został jeszcze jeden problem, trzeba było znaleźć kogoś na stanowisko basisty. Kilka przesłuchań nie przyniosło rezultatu. Po jakimś czasie przy jeden z rozmów okazało się, że „Soulbleed” w poprzednim projekcie (SOH) grał na basie. Zespół postanawia dać mu szanse w podwójnej roli. W ten sposób Dianthus ma pełny skład i obiera drogę starej szkoły DEATH/THRASH METALU. Korzystając z wcześniejszego doświadczenia i umiejętności, zespół w przeciągu 6 miesięcy układa materiał, który postanawia zaprezentować na koncertach. ——————————————————————————— The beginning of Dianthus falls on April 2007, when Krzysztof ‘Mumin’ – lead guitar (ex Tears Of The Dusk) Darek ‘Daras’ – drums (ex. Tears Of The Dusk) and Piotr ‘Czarny’ – guitar (ex. Prison Property) decide to put the Dying Mind band to an end and create a new metal project. Then drafts of two songs appear during long hours spend in the garage in Mysłowice city. In the meantime ‘Mumin’ spreads on the internet an information that the band is looking for a vocalist and bass guitar player. Michał ‘Soulbleed’ (ex. Seeds of Hate, Dysphoria) comes across the notice. He decides to accept the challenge and stand behind the mike in a new project. The plesantness of the audition as well as similarity between music tastes and plans concerning the future of the band persuades ‘Soulbleed ‘ to become the member of the team and the rest to accept him. There is still another problem to solve – the lack of a bass guitar player. Several auditions bring no effect. After some time it comes out that ‘Soulbleed’ played bass guitar in the previous music project (SOH). The band lets him play a double role – of the vocalist and the bass guitar player! Dianthus can at last start following the old school DEATH/THRASH METAL path. Thanks to experience aquired in previous bands Dianthus prepares new material and is ready to show it to people during concerts.
